Jakarta - The position transfer (sertijab) of North Sulawesi Regional Police (Sulut) 's position from Inspector General Bambang Waskito to Inspector General Remigius Sigid Tri Hardjanto was conducted this morning. Sertijab is carried out directly by National Police Chief Gen. Tito Karnavian.

Sertijab took place at Rupatama National Police Headquarters, Jalan Trunojoyo, South Jakarta, Friday (01/04/2019). Besides the National Police Chief, high ranking Polri officers were present at the event.


The Chief of Police reads an oath followed by officials who take part in the procession. The National Police Chief also witnessed the signing of an integrity pact by old officials and new officials.

After releasing the North Sulawesi Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Bambang is now officially the Head of the National Police Education and Training Center.

Inspector General Remigius, who was the North Sulawesi Regional Police Chief, was previously the Chairperson of the National Police Education and Training Center STIK. His position is now being replaced by Brigadier Aris Budiman.

In addition, Tito also led the ceremony to increase 33 Polri middle officers. Four civil servants were also appointed to the event.
